At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to supporting the rural communities of West Sussex. We operate from eight hubs – Ashington, Barnham, Billingshurst, Petworth, Pulborough, Steyning, Storrington and Wisborough Green, each serving its local village and the surrounding communities.

50 Remarkable Years of Service
This year marks a major milestone for West Sussex Minibus. What began in 1976 with a single journey from Pulborough to the local shops in a borrowed minibus has grown into a fleet of 11 vehicles serving communities across the county.
For 50 years, our mission has remained unchanged: helping people stay active, independent and socially connected, made possible by the dedication of our incredible volunteers.
Petworth Gets New Wheels
We are delighted to welcome the newest addition to our fleet as part of our ongoing vehicle replacement programme.
Our Petworth members can now enjoy an even smoother and more comfortable journey, whether travelling on garden centre visits, pub lunches, or attending events at the Petworth Over 60s Club.

Celebrating Our Volunteers
Over a 100 of our volunteers past and present joined us for 50th Anniversary celebrations, followed by a delicious lunch. Guest speakers from Horsham District Council Voluntary Team and West Sussex County Council Transport team joined forces with our President, Sir Colonel Brian Bartelott to mark the occasion.
Our Vice President, Andrew Griffith, MP, also joined us and helped us to celebrate the many years of dedication and service our volunteer team has given. Special recognition was given to Ian Carrott with 40 years of service, Sarah Kenny (33 years) and Keith Russell (30 years).
We thank everyone of our volunteers for choosing to volunteer with us and there unwavering commitment.
